FTO Campus Masterplan
Site master planning for flight training organisations apron layout, hangar positioning, ground school building, ATC tower, fuel farm and support facilities configured as an integrated, operationally logical campus.
Ground School & Briefing Facilities
Classrooms, briefing rooms, computer-based training suites, student rest areas and administration facilities designed for the learning environment and daily throughput of the FTO’s training programme.
Maintenance & Engineering Facilities
Line maintenance hangar, component workshops, parts stores and tooling areas designed around the maintenance requirements of the training fleet and the engineer staffing model of the FTO.
Student Pilot Accommodation

Simulator Training Infrastructure
Dedicated simulator bays integrated within the FTO campus supporting ab initio and advanced simulator-based training as part of the approved training curriculum, designed to accommodate fixed and rotary-wing FSTD equipment.
Regulatory Approval Documentation
Technical design documentation, aerodrome manual inputs and regulatory submission support guiding the FTO through the full approval process from design freeze to operating certificate.
